It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to ensure the providers at New Bloom Dermatology accept the insurance plan. Please call your insurance company to verify this information. If the providers at New Bloom Dermatology are considered out-of-network, you will be responsible for the office visit and any procedures performed at the visit. Furthermore, if the insurance plan requires a referral, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain this before the visit. Patients are responsible for all copays, co-insurance, and deductible costs, as outlined by the policy. Cosmetic consults and procedures are not covered by insurance.
